Hello love, I’m Dana.

My journey has been one of returning to the parts of myself I had once abandoned: My womb. The Earth. God.

For 10 years I was on birth control, disconnected from my body, my cycle, and what it meant to be a woman. Like so many others, I was chasing what needed to be “fixed,” jumping from protocol to protocol—never feeling whole, always seeking answers outside myself.

My healing began when I discovered German New Medicine, and everything shifted. I stopped seeing my symptoms as problems, and began seeing them as sacred messages—invitations to listen more deeply to the story my womb was telling. I went off birth control, reclaimed my cycle, restructured my life around my feminine rhythms, and returned to the nourishment of ancestral foods, rest, and reverence.

But that was just the surface layer.

The real healing came in the descent—into the grief I had never fully felt. The shame of my first period. The pain of romantic losses. The trauma stored in my womb and bloodline. And ultimately, the reclamation of my relationship with God as the Divine Father, and the Earth as the Divine Mother.

Today, I hold space for other women to walk that same spiral:From fragmentation to wholeness. From survival to overflow. From Maiden to Mother.

My work weaves together womb healing, German New Medicine, Earth-based ritual, somatic experiencing, parts work, and sacred ceremony. I don’t approach your healing as a puzzle to solve—I hold you as already whole, already wise. Together, we create the sacred space to remember what your body has always known.

If you feel called to prepare your womb not just physically, but spiritually, I’m here to walk beside you.

You were never meant to carry it all alone. You were made to overflow.

I dedicate this work to…

My work is an ode to my inner child. To the little girl who loved climbing mountains, collecting rocks and shells, befriending every animal and bug, and making potions. To the little girl who felt like she didn’t belong and played any part to fit in.

My work is an ode to my inner teenager, who was so excited to get her first period. But when she told her dad, with a look of disgust he said- “I really didn’t need to hear that.” To the teenager who felt intense shame around her blood and her body—who under-ate, over-exercised, and numbed her pain with drugs and alcohol.

My work is an ode to my Eastern European & Jewish ancestors, who held the stories of pregnancy loss, miscarriage, genocide, abortion, religious trauma, sexual abuse, and alcoholism within their wombs. To the ones who knew which herbs to take for this or that, who crossed the ocean on a ship to the unknown, and who were burned at the stake for the wisdom they carried.

My work is an ode to the lineage liberators and future mamas- the women who know they are meant for motherhood and are devoted to preparing their womb physically and spiritually as a sacred vessel for the next generation. May we be fertile & sovereign.

My work is an ode to the girls of today and future generations…may our children grow up in a world where our blood, wombs and bodies are honored and respected.

My work is an ode to Mama Earth. To the scared planet we call home. To the elements, directions, seasons, and moon phases that encompass the cycles all around us and within us. To the plant medicines that nourish & heal us. To our Earth Mother who birthed us perfectly as we are, the microcosm of the macrocosm within our flesh and blood.

My work is an ode to God. The Divine Father & Mother. May my work be only of your loving, healing light. May we all come to remember who you truly are.
